Be prepared: Create a list of your current and previous addresses and landlord phone numbers, your employer and length of employment, your current salary and other income, personal references, among other information. Include a copy of your credit report if you have one. You want to look as good on paper as possible to stand out from other applicants. You can also print the Rental Application and fill it in before coming to the JEM Property Management Office. Complete this form, it will help speed your application process.
